I hope she doesn't touch Sasuke's character again and it will never be addressed in the manga or anime because these novels are getting worse That was major plot of Gaiden but Retsuden pretend like it didn't happen he even mentions missed her, he never said so in Gaiden after their reunion that was after a decade right? Adding how Sasuke was really strange and OOC throughout when he's jealous about a stranger with his wife he had no problem her being alone for his missions and this going on while his best friend was dying? Gaiden was a 100% canon Kishimoto story but Sasuke Retsuden was Jun Esaka's own Sasuke fangirl shipper fanfiction. He clearly did not send letters according to Naruto Gaiden (only Naruto receives them) and if Sasuke did maintain contact with Sakura then Sarada would never have to ask questions like 'are you both actually married' or 'does dad not care about us'.
